Shipping Information
Shipping Within Pakistan Only
We currently ship to all cities and regions across Pakistan.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days (depending on your location)
Shipping Charges
A flat Rs. 220 shipping fee applies to all orders.
Free delivery on orders above Rs. 2500.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident shopping with V’ORA. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Policy
You can return or exchange any unopened, unused product within 4 days of receiving your order.
Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original packaging and in resellable condition.
How to Request a Return
Email us at support@voracare.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if necessary).
Our support team will guide you through the return process.
Important
- We do not accept returns on used or opened products.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Items?
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, don’t worry — we’ll fix it fast.
Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing support@voracare.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
